In order to sign in, user has to provide Email (as their unique identifier in Willow360) and Password
Clicking on the eye icon in the Password field shows/hides the password that the user provided
User can choose to tick Stay signed in option
In that case, their credentials will be remembered (for a year), so every time when they open any Willow screen (in browser where they have chosen Stay signed in) they will be automatically signed in, they would not have to provide credentials again.
Otherwise, as soon as their session expires (after a period of inactivity time), they would have to sign in again
After a user tries to sign in 10 times with an incorrect password, they will see the message "Number of sign in attempts exceeded. Reset your password below." That means that the only way that user can unblock their account is to click the "Forgotten your password" link and set a new password. After resetting their password they would be able to sign in again.
This screen is translated into the appropriate language using these rules.
When your session expires, you're redirected to this screen
When you try to access a Willow360 screen that requires the user to be logged in and you're not, you're redirected to the Sign In Screen and upon logging in, you proceed immediately to the screen you initially wanted to access.
If Two step verification is on, the user will have one more step to verify their identity when they enter a username and password by typing a code. Learn more about this on Authentication page.
For brand new organisations, upon signing in, we show the welcome sticky note that will help new users to set up the system
Sticky note has links to the creation of their first workflow and to the admin configuration (click on the title)
Currently, the rule is that we show a note to a user if there are no workflows added that the user can access
We show a different note to admins/workflow creators (leading them to create a workflow) and to regular users (noting them that some configuration must be done first so they can use the system)
