Overview
This is an automatic action that converts a file to PDF format.
Rules
- The action is applicable to the following file types: .DOC, .DOCX, .TXT, .ODT, .DOT, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .JPEG, .BMP, .JFIF, .TIF, .TIFF, .LOG, .MSWORD, .HTML, .HTM, .XML
- If a file is already in PDF format (was PDF originally or is converted by file modifying actions before the Convert to PDF action), this action does nothing.
- In this case, we write to the details of the history item that the conversion is skipped
- The size limit for conversion is 20MB. Bigger files will be rejected.
- Another size limit is 5 million characters of text in a document
