Overview
This is an automatic action that puts a wet signature on a file.
Rules
- Auto Sign should represent wet signature which is automatically added to a file
- It is very similar to the Stamp action
- Person who creates workflow browses an image that represents e-Signature which will appear on a file
- Person who creates workflow can scale that image, set position, or choose pages where e-Signature will appear
- Image scale will change the size of the image before auto-signing. Below the image, you can see the size (in pixels) of the image that will be applied
- When positioning e-Signature, distance from edges is measured in pixels
- Person who creates workflow chooses page or pages of a file where e-Signature should be applied. There is an option Specific Pages which means that you can type a particular page number or page range such as 1-5 or even both so, if you put "1-3, 8" e-Signature will appear on pages 1,2,3 and 8
- All non-PDF documents will be converted to PDF before Auto Sign action (and that conversion will produce a separate entry in the File History of a file)
- Maximum image file size is 5MB
