This is the place where an administrator can find and change specific settings for the current Willow organisation
There are two screens - Organisation Settings Summary Screen and Organisation Settings Screen
Organisation Settings Summary screen contains basic information about an organisation
We show Organisation Language, Inbox Email Address, Status, User Count and Credits
When you click the Edit Settings button, you are redirected to Organisation Settings Screen, where you can edit the following organisation settings:
Name
Language
Inbox Email Address
Collectors
Credits
When the organisation licence has expired, Credits panel will be the only accessible panel
Name
Organisation name can be set
It doesn't need to be unique
Language
Organisation language can be chosen from the list of offered languages
Invitation Email and Set Password Screen for new users, also Download Files screens for external users will be in this language
Also, as soon as the user is registered, this language will be set as their default personal language
Inbox Email Address
This allows a General Inbox to be accessible by email so organisational users can send files to Willow360
Any files sent to the Inbox Email Address as attachments will be added to the General Inbox
The Email Address contains the organisation name at the end (all spaces and characters that can't be recognized as part of the proper email address are replaced with “-”)
This setting doesn't turn General Inbox off (you can't ever turn General Inbox off), just the ability to send emails to it
Authentication
This panel allows you to turn two step verification on, sometimes also known as 2FA or MFA. Two step verification will add an extra layer of security to user accounts by asking users to verify their identity with a verification code in addition to their username and password. The code comes from their authenticator app or sent is sent by email.
Collectors are used for forwarding scanned files from the user's computer to Willow
The user's computer (that scanner has access to) has to have a Collector App installed
The main flow is - a scanner is pointed to scan to a folder on the user's computer. Collector App listens to changes in this folder and forwards scanned files to Willow.
Please see the Collector page for an in-depth guide
Credits
In this panel admin users can check the Willow360 licence details (most importantly, the number of credits left)
Please see the Charging page for more details on this
