Overview

  • This is the screen where a user can find and change their specific settings
  • This screen contains several panels that represent different settings
  • Only one panel can be opened for editing at a time. As soon as a panel is opened, other panels get closed.
  • Panels/Settings are:
    • Name
    • Password
    • Language
    • Push Notifications
    • Stored Credentials
Personal Settings

Name

  • First and Last name can be set
  • They don't need to be unique across the organisation

Password

  • A user can change their password by entering their current password and providing the new password, this must match password strength requirements
  • Password strength requirements are: 8 Characters, 1 Uppercase Letter, 1 Lowercase Letter and 1 Number

Language

  • A user can choose a language from the list of offered languages
  • The whole interface and system emails for the user will be translated into the chosen language
  • When a user has been created, their default language will be the organisation's language
  • See the language rules here

Push Notifications

  • These are notifications that appear on the user's computer/device
  • When accessing  the Willow360 Dashboard for the first time, a user will be prompted to subscribe to notifications
    • This is a per-browser decision
  • A user can also turn on and off notifications for each browser independently in the Personal Settings > Push Notifications
  • It should be received as long as the browser where you're subscribed is open
    • Willow tab doesn't need to be open
    • If the browser is closed, notifications should arrive when the browser is opened again
  • Clicking/selecting a notification will lead to the To-do List of the workflow where the notification is
  • Please find more info on notifications here:
  • To learn about the situations when push notifications are sent, check Push Notifications.

Stored Credentials

  • This option shows the saved connection credentials for various services:
  • These connection credentials are stored in Willow so when using actions such as Upload to SharePoint etc. the action works automatically once a user's credentials are stored. If not used periodically the validity of these credentials will expire.
  • For Google Drive and Dropbox, we separately store Personal and Business credentials. Clear store credentials action deletes both.
  • You can clear these credentials only through this screen
  • When opening the Stored Credentials Panel for edit, you can see only credentials that exist (e.g. if you clear OneDrive credentials, you are not going to see them when you reopen the panel)
  • If a user clears credentials for all services, they would see a message that there are no credentials stored. If Willow360 requires a users credentials to use an Upload action it will ask for them again.
