Overview
The most recent files uploaded to Willow360 in any way are displayed here. Also, at the bottom, you can see all the inboxes that you can use with the number of files that are currently unassigned in the inbox.
Recently Added
- Top 5 most recent upload groups are shown here
- Uploaded group item displays:
- A way the user uploaded files (uploaded/emailed/scanned)
- Who uploaded them
- Where they've uploaded them (which inbox/workflow)
- When they've uploaded them
- The title of the Recently Added List leads to the detailed view of upload groups
- See More link appears if there are more than 5 items in the list and it also leads to the detailed view of the upload group
- There are filters on the right of the Recently Added title to hide or show Personal, Team or General inbox files
- Note that files added by a user directly to a workflow are treated as a Personal Recently Added item
Unassigned Files
- The list of inboxes is shown here
- These are the inboxes that the current user is a member of
- Next to each inbox is the number of files currently in it
- The first inbox in the list is always Personal and the last is always General, with team inboxes in the middle
- If there are more than 3 team inboxes, only the first 3 (by alphabetical order) are shown and See More Link appears
- Every inbox link leads to the detailed display of files in that inbox
- See More Link leads to the first team inbox (by alphabetical order) with the team dropdown opened
