Overview
Each workflow you can use is represented with a tile. It shows the workflow scheme (the list of actions in that workflow). Also, when a user adds files to a workflow it creates a job rectangle so user can track their progress.

Tile header
- The tile header shows the workflow name as a title
- Below, the subtitle is shown
- It has a category/categories that the workflow belongs to (listed in the order they were added), or the simple “workflow” label if no category is specified
- A workflow can be marked/unmarked as a favourite by clicking the star next to the workflow subtitle
- Favoured workflows will have a purple star displayed, non-favoured the gray one
- When a workflow is favoured, its position on the Dashboard will not change. It will just be displayed in the Favourites category when that category is selected in the Workflow Dashboard Filter.
Job Rectangle
- Only jobs YOU have added are displayed. Even if your team member adds a job to the workflow, you will not see it.
- If there's a single job in the workflow, you will see the progress of the files

- If there are two jobs, the display becomes condensed (the progress is not displayed anymore)

- Three or more jobs will simplify the display even more

- If there are more than 3 jobs, only 3 most recent are displayed
- The order of the jobs is - the most recent at the top
- When a job is completed, it is shown in the rectangle and you can dismiss the display on the tile by clicking X
- Adding a new processing item removes all other completed items (marks them as done)
- We still show multiple processing items (they can become completed, so you could have 3 completed items)
- Adding a new job to a workflow dismisses the display of previously completed jobs
- If you upload files directly to a workflow, it will create Uploading Job Rectangle first, with the info about upload progress. When the upload is completed, it will turn into a regular "Processing your files..." rectangle
- Uploading Job Rectangle is not clickable
- Workflow Tile upload rules:
- The general rule is - as soon as a single file in the job is invalid, the whole job gets cancelled
- If you try to upload a file that can't be processed by the workflow (e.g. .xls file to a workflow that requires conversion to PDF), the error will be displayed
- Empty files cannot be uploaded
- Files bigger than 100MB cannot be uploaded
- Files bigger than 20MB cannot be uploaded by a file modifying workflow (having actions like Highlight, WillowSign etc)
Scheme
- Scheme shows the actions in the workflow
- If there are more than 4, only the first and the last two actions are shown (middle actions are cut out) and three dots in the middle of the scheme is displayed
- Individual action notifications are shown in the scheme
- If there's a notification in the action, clicking on it will lead to To-do List with that action filter selected. Otherwise, it will lead to the Scheme screen
Notifications (To-do tasks)
- Top right corner of a workflow tile shows the number of notifications for files in that workflow (if any):

- Click on the top right notification leads to the detailed view of the to-do list files
- If there are no notifications, nothing is displayed
- The notifications are also shown next to the relevant action on the scheme. Click on each leads to the detailed view of files in that specific action (To-do tab with that action selected in Action Type filter)
- If the action isn't shown on the scheme (i.e. when there are more than 4 and it's a middle one), the notification will not be shown on the scheme too (but it will be included in the top right notification file count)
Bottom left links
- Currently processing file count - leading to the list of files with Processing + Everyone filters selected
- Completed today file count - leading to the list of files with Completed Today + Everyone filters selected (please note that clicking on the Completed Today Icon is the only way of selecting the Completed Today filter value)
